Coach Rob played four years at CSU Sacramento as a defenseman, long stick middie and middie. During the off season he played box lacrosse to improve his short stick game and dodging skills. In his third and fourth year he was selected to the Western States All Star team as a defenseman and LSM. He continued playing for another three years post college for S.O.B. lacrosse and Bonnlair lacrosse as a player coach.
Rob is a US Lacrosse certified level 2 women’s coach and PCA Double Goal 2 certified coach. He is also a USOC SafeSport trained coach. Rob is currently pursuing US Lacrosse level 3 certification. He is entering his fourth year of coaching lacrosse having previously coached girls youth lacrosse and was last year's KLL JV coach and Assistant Varsity coach. He has also been coaching for HHSL for the last two years since the club’s inception, traveling and coaching at major college recruiting tournaments. Rob has a passion for the game and enjoys seeing the athletes grow in their lacrosse IQ along with developing the life skills that the game of Lacrosse teaches. In his spare time he’s a pilot for Southwest Airlines.
